Kevin Costner finalizes his divorce from ex-wife Christine Baumgartner. 

Kevin Costner's lengthy divorce from ex-wife Christine Baumgartner has been finally finalized. 

According to documents obtained by People, the Yellowstone actor's marriage ended on Friday, February 16 

after lawyers representing Baumgartner filed court documents in a Santa Barbara

California, court requesting that both parties be excused from attending a court-mandated co-parenting class. 

Back in September of last year, the couple agreed to shared custody of their three children and resolved the most of their divorce issues.  

The outlet reported that the 69-year-old actor's representative said the two had “come to an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings.” 

Baumgartner filed her divorce from Bodyguard actor on April 11. 

In an August two-day Santa Barbara court proceeding, a judge fixed Costner's monthly payments to his ex-wife at $63,209, the amount he and his lawyers recommended.  

Baumgartner and her lawyers demanded $175,057, up from the $129,755 the actor was tentatively ordered to pay during hearings. 

Kevin testified, “My biggest concern is that the court orders me to pay child support that is above the needs of my children and for the needs of Christine.”
