Kevin Costner and ex-wife Christine have officially closed their divorce case.

Kevin Costner's divorce from his former wife Christine is now final.

On Tuesday, court documents showed that their marriage had been dissolved on Friday, February 16. Christine, 49, had requested that a judge in Santa Barbara, Calif., eliminate the obligation for both partners to attend a co-parenting course.

The ex-spouses of the Yellowstone star had previously reached an agreement in September on custody of their three children and other parts of their divorce.

In September, a spokeswoman for Kevin, 69, informed People Magazine that the pair had "come to an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings,"

following TMZ's first revelation of their settlement.Christine filed for divorce on May 1, 2023, after being married to Kevin for 18 years. She indicated in her filing that they split on April 11.

The former couple has three children together: two sons, Cayden (16) and Hayes (15), and a daughter, Grace (13).

Kevin's representative expressed remorse that Christine had filed for divorce. "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr.

Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action," a spokeswoman for Costner stated.
