'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom' Announces Maximum Streaming Release

Beginning February 27, Warner Bros. Pictures' "Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom" will be available for streaming on Max. 

The sequel to DC's highest-grossing picture, which stars Jason Momoa as the titular character 

finds Arthur Curry/Aquaman juggling his roles as King of Atlantis and a new father. 

After failing to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) 

still motivated by the desire to avenge his father's death, will stop at nothing to destroy him once and for all.  

This time, Black Manta is more powerful than ever, holding the mysterious Black Trident, unleashing an ancient and deadly energy. 

To destroy him, Aquaman will establish an odd alliance with his imprisoned brother, Orm (Patrick Wilson), the former King of Atlantis.  

They must put their differences aside to safeguard their kingdom and save Aquaman's family, as well as the Earth, from permanent catastrophe. 

In addition to Momoa, Wilson, and Abdul-Mateen II, Amber Heard reprises her role as Mera, Atlantis' Queen and mother of the heir to the throne 

while Nicole Kidman portrays Atlanna, a powerful leader and mother with a warrior's heart.
